Many entrepreneurs are looking for help in structuring their businesses. Having the right small business coach is one of the most important things you can do to help your company grow. But how do you find the right one? See this article for tips on how to identify a great small business coach for your company.

Sharon has been an incredible help with creating direction and clarity on how I want my business to grow, how I want to grow as a CEO, and how to prioritize my self-care. She really helped me understand the value of taking care of myself, which was a major struggle that was holding not only myself back, but the growth of my business back. She not only provided coaching sessions but gave me meaningful work to do in between sessions to dive deeper into why I was doing what I was doing and to discover my true desires for my life and business. I highly recommend Sharon for anyone in a leadership role that needs to create clear direction in their business and personal self-growth.

Small Business Coach & Entrepreneur Coach

"As a business owner, you'll want to lay out all of the possible scenarios – from best case to worst case. This helps you to be realistic about possible failures and still have room for dreaming all the way to success."

Whether You're Looking For A Strategy Coach Or An Entrepreneurial Coach Who Knows How To Create Results, You're In The Right Place.

Business coaches are one of the most important pieces in the puzzle when it comes to building a successful business. They help you create a vision for success, provide clarity on what you need to do, and provide feedback that helps you grow your business.

An entrepreneur coach should be able to motivate the entrepreneur by providing them with crucial insight into how things work at work. They also offer examples of other entrepreneurs who have faced similar problems, so they know what to do to solve them. A big help is knowing what others have done in the past to solve the same problem.

What are the Best Types of Coaching Services for Small Businesses?

Coaching is a process that helps you to gain insight into yourself and your options. I'll serve as a mediator to help you to identify your obstacles and your goals. As your small business coach, I'll help you to design your business around your values and who you are, what you want, and how to get there.

Let's break down four of the most popular coaching styles to see how they are different.

  • Holistic coaching goes the extra mile by providing psychological and emotional support for people's development.
  • Democratic Coaching is a form of coaching where the coach assumes a more participatory role in decision-making. It focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of the individual and creates a plan to help improve.
  • Autocratic Coaching is a blend of these two types where the coach has control over what happens within or outside of sessions. This means that the coach has full control over who is involved, when, where and how. The coach also gets to decide the outcome of the process
  • Whole Model Coaching is also a blend. This is where the coach wears a multitude of hats to help facilitate change with mindset blocks, strategies and even working to help the client create new routines and habits. This type of coaching takes the whole person into account and works to remind the client of who they are with regards to values, boundaries and goals to ultimately help the client take action from a place of desire instead of solely for the sake of accomplishing the goal.

As your small business coach, I use the last coaching style. The "Whole Model Coaching" style is something that I'm very passionate about. Making money in your business is important but your personal life quite possibly will suffer if you don't take your personal needs into account and this is what I help you to do so that you can create that balance between your work and your personal life.

How to Choose the Right Type of Coaching Services for Your Needs?

With a variety of coaching providers, you might be confused on how to select the right one for your needs. It's important that you know what to look for when choosing a business coach or an entrepreneur coach.

The answer lies in the selection criteria of the coachings offered by different providers. If you're looking for a solution that will work best for your needs, make sure you know what those needs are first before you choose the provider.

In order to choose the best coaching provider, you must know what you're looking for in a business coach. In addition, it's important to ask yourself why you need a business coach and what is your desired outcome from this relationship.

In conclusion, there are a number of benefits to hiring a small business coach, such as increased productivity, increased understanding of your company and its culture, and more. Business coaches can also help you learn how to develop better relationships with colleagues and clients. What's more is that the cost-to-benefit ratio is extremely high.

When you work with me, we'll start with a 90-minute "kick-off" session, then meet once per week in a private online meeting room for 60 minutes. You'll have access to me via email in between sessions to discuss any issues that pop up or answer any questions you may have about homework that may have been assigned.
